The Creator Memo is a field that only users see, NOT the models. You can write anything you'd like users to know about your bot there. Here are some example memos:
Links, a title, character race, and emojis can be seen here.
An embedded image can be seen here.
Links to other bots, the token count, POV/height/weight/age, and the currently selected variant can be seen here.

There is no set formatting, nor is there a "right" way to do it. You can structure your memos however you want! Just be aware that at this time, they show up in chat like so:
Due to this, when you are adding images, you need to be mindful of how long they are, because they can cause stretching.
A safe size for images is: 1024x350
Other canvas sizes can be used, but that is around the size of the image I have in Sampo's memo. Most of it is transparent, with him in the center.
Suggested Additions
Here are some things you can include in your memos to make them more robust if you'd like!
Titles - These can help people get a feel for the scenario at a glance
Scenario description - This is likely the most common addition — you give a summary of the scenario so people know what they're getting into
Images - These can spruce things up and make it more fun!
Links - You can link to other sites, bots, or creators. For example, you can include a YouTube link for people to click on of music that's relevant to the bot.
Total permanent tokens - Lets people know how big the bot is and if it's viable for things like group chats
Age, height, race, POV, user role
Suggestions for how people can respond to the first message and start the RP
Anything you want the bot to be searchable by — for example, keywords like fandom names and abbreviations. Everything in the memo functions the same way Searchables do.
Required Additions
Content Warnings/Trigger warnings - All Memos MUST include all content warnings for the bot, in addition to having them in the tags. You NEED to warn people upfront what they'll be dealing with in the bot. Examples include: NSFL, Dead Dove, Abuse, Dubcon/Noncon, Kinks, etc.
