Worlds are Charsnap's versions of Lorebooks. You can scroll through them and then click on one to see all the characters using that Lorebook. At the moment, you are unable to view the actual entries of a Lorebook, but this functionality will be added. The creation of Lorebooks happens in the Attachments page.
